2012- 2013 Season Registration

For the 2012 - 2013 Swim Season, the Prince George Barracuda Swim Club will be introducing an online registration system. The system will allow you to register your swimmer from your computer and then simply drop off the signed consent forms and payment (if paying by cash or cheque) at the registration night.

Please note that new members must still have their swimmer evaluated by a swim coach prior to registration

Registration for New Members

Monday September 10^th, 2012 from 5 - 7:30 PM @ the 4 Seasons Pool

New members must have their swimmer evaluated by a Prince George Barracuda Swim Club Swim Coach prior to registration

For registration of new members, both the swimmer and parent(s) must attend.

Swimmers need to bring their swimsuit, towel and goggles to do a practice swim for assessment and placement into a swim group. Proof of age (birth certificate) is also required.

Once your swimmer is accessed, the coaches will provide you with a level assessment notice. Please take this notice to the registrar where you may complete the registration process online with the computer provided.

With this information in hand, please log in to the online registration.

Follow the online instructions to select the level for your swimmer.
Your fees will be calculated for you and the amount owning will be displayed at the checkout.
You can pay with major credit cards, cash or post-dated cheques. Monthly, semi-annual or annual payments are available.
Cash or Cheque(s) or credit card information must accompany your signed consent form(s).

You will receive a confirmation email as well as a check list of the items needed to register your swimmer. The required consent forms will also be available at time of registration.

You must submit the following:

Signed PGBSC consent form;
Signed Swim BC Personal Info consent form;
Copy of the swimmer's Birth Certificate;
Signed PGBSC Family Volunteer consent form, and;
Payment, if paying by cash, money order or cheque, or credit card information.

Once your swimmer is registered, they will receive a Barracuda T-shirt, silicone Barracuda swim cap and a 20% off Stride and Glide discount card.

Registration for Returning Members

Thursday September 6, 2012 from 6 - 8 PM @ PG Civic Centre

For registration of returning members, you should have received an email with details of the level your swimmer has been placed in, as well as, an email with details of your Fundraising Levy carry forward from last year.

With this information in hand, please log in to the online registration system.

Follow the online instructions to select the level for your swimmer.
For the 2012/2013 season only you may receive a Fundraising coupon code. This code will tell the online registration system the amount of your fundraising levy. Please remember to activate this code at checkout.
The fees and credits will be calculated for you and the amount owning will be displayed at the checkout.

Please remember all forms and payment must be submitted before your swimmer can swim with the club.

If you choose, a bank of computers will be provided at registration night for you to register your swimmer. Although, in the interest of time, it is preferred that you register from your home and simply drop by the Civic Centre on registration night with your paperwork and payment.
