2011- 2012 Season Registration

For registration of returning members, you should have received an email with details of the group your swimmer has been placed in, as well as, an email with details of your Fund Raising Levy carry forward from last year.
With this information in hand you can complete the 2011-2012 Fees Worksheet. The 2011-2012 Fees Worksheet is a excel worksheet and if completed on your computer, the math will be done for you. The fees for the group your swimmer is in, can be found in the Registration Package.
Please arrive at registration with the completed fees worksheet, completed PGBSC Registration form, completed Swim BC Consent form and payment (cheque, Visa, or Mastercard accepted). This will simplify the registration process and make the experence go faster. You can find all forms need in the Registration Package and 2011-2012 Fees Worksheet.

New Members Sept 12th 5:00 - 7:30 pm - 4 Season Pool

For registration of new members, both the swimmer and parent(s) must attend.
Swimmers need to bring their swimsuit, towel and goggles for level assessment and placement and proof of age.
It would be helpful and speed the process if you could complete the registration forms in the Registration Package before arriving at the pool for level assessment.
